I am really confused about my recent health issues. A few months ago, I started feeling really fatigued and just low on energy all the time. I don’t know why, but it feels like every little thing tires me out. One of my friends mentioned trying SNA Pathyapunarnavaadi Kashayam to help boost energy levels and clear out toxins or something like that. I’ve never heard of it before, but I’m kinda curious!
