I am dealing with these super annoying dark circles under my eyes for like what feels like forever. I mean, I get that sleep is important but honestly, I think I sleep enough! Lately, they've been getting worse, and I've tried multiple creams that promise to help but nothing's really worked. I read somewhere that maybe my diet could be affecting it, right? I noticed that my stress levels are pretty high lately too. Work’s been exhausting, and even though I eat veggies and fruits, maybe it’s not enough? Or could it be just genetics?
