I am feeling pretty lost about this whole thing with drinking copper water. A few weeks ago, I stumbled upon this Ayurvedic tip when my friend mentioned how it’s supposed to help with digestion and detoxing. I thought, why not give it a try? But here I am, confused about how to drink copper water in the right way. I bought a copper bottle and left water in it overnight, but then I read somewhere that you have to do it a certain way for the benefits to actually work?? I filled the bottle in the evening but didn’t know if I should be drinking the whole thing in one go or spreading it out through the day. Also, is there a specific time that’s better? I heard people say drinking copper water first thing in the morning is ideal, but I kinda forget in the rush of things, ya know? And like, do I have to keep the copper bottle away from other metals or something? My kitchen's kind of crowded! One time, I might’ve left the water longer than 8 hours; does that make it bad?
