I am in a bit of a puzzling situation here. For the last few months, I’ve been dealing with some annoying sleep issues, just tossing and turning all night. I heard from a friend about jatamansi powder and thought maybe, just maybe, it could help me chill out and finally catch some decent zzz’s. But honestly, I have no clue how to use it! Like, do I mix it with water or something? Can I add it to my tea? Last week, I tried mixing a little of it with warm milk, but I’m not sure if that’s really the right way to go since I didn't sleep much better. Any specific doses? I also read that it’s great for calming the mind but expected something more immediate. I mean, jatamansi powder how to use it to get the good stuff out of it? I also wonder if it has any weird side effects because I just took my meds and don’t wanna mess things up. If it could help me find some peace and quiet, that’d be awesome.
