I am struggling with this nagging cough that just won’t go away, and honestly, it's super frustrating. I caught a cold a few weeks ago, and even after taking some over-the-counter meds, the cough has just lingered. The other day, my friend mentioned that she heard is mosambi good for cough, and I was kinda intrigued. I mean, I’ve always liked mosambi juice! But I’m not sure how effective it would really be for this kind of thing. Every time I cough, it feels like it gets worse, especially at night when I'm trying to sleep. I read online that mosambi is rich in vitamin C and has cooling effects, which sounds great, but like, can it actually help relieve cough or just mask it? I also heard something about how it can help with throat irritation... but what if it's not enough? I’ve been trying to stay hydrated and drinking warm water, but is mosambi better than plain water, or should I mix it with something? Should I drink it straight up or add honey maybe?
