Help with GERD Symptoms After Intermittent Fasting - #40550

Hi, i did intermittent fasting for 2 weeks and nor i have GERD, i can barely eat with nasea, i feel bubbbles in my throat and a stabbing pain in my left.hest. what can I do at home? I can't afford to go to the doctor right now Thanks in advance for your help doc

Remember, stress can exacerbate GERD, so mindfully managing stress levels through deep breathing exercises or meditation may contribute to symptom relief. If symptoms persist or worsen, it’s essential to prioritize seeking medical consultation despite financial concerns, as these symptoms could indicate other underlying issues. In case of severe pain or difficulty breathing, immediate medical care should be sought.
