Hello, This is Dr Vinayak. For your premature greying and falling of hair and keeping in mind the chronicity of the disease, u will have follow the given treatment for at least 6 months along with some lifestyle modifications.
Treatment- 1. Kalyanaka guda - 20gm with milk or warm water at morning once in 3 days for two weeks only. This will do mridu virechana, Means it will cause purgation for 2-3 times, by which,The accumulated Pitta dosha and other toxins will be eliminated.

In Ayurveda, premature greying is often associated with Pitta and Vata imbalances in particular, which could also relateingly affect hairfall and scalp dryness.
To begin with, the emphasis should be on nourishing your scalp and balancing the doshas. Start including oil massages (Shiro Abhyanga) into your routine using oils like Amla oil or Brahmi oil. These can pacify Pitta and nourish the hair root, potentially slowing down further greying and improving hair texture. Warm some of the oil slightly before gently massaging into the scalp. Permit it to stay for a minimum of 30 minutes before rinsing, ideally with a herbal shampoo that’s free from harsh chemicals.
Your hyperacidity history suggests an underlying Pitta aggression, which may also be influencing hair quality. Consider adjusting your diet to include cooling foods that pacify Pitta, such as cucumber, coriander, fennel, and coconut water. Minimize spicy, fried, or overly sour foods.
For managing dryness, it’s crucial to hydrate internally and externally. Increase intake of healthy fats like ghee or olive oil, which supports tissues (dhatus) nourishment. Drink plenty of water and herbal teas. Try to avoid excessive use of hair dryers or hot water when washing your hair to prevent further drying.
Yoga and Pranayama can also help in calming the mind and reducing stress, thereby impacting hair health positively. Try incorporating some time for meditation or deep-breathing exercises daily. It’s essential to identify if there are any underlying health issues that might need direct medical attention.
