Possible herbs used traditionally: Avipattikar churna (for acidity and burning) Hingvastak churna (for gas and digestion) Jeerak water after meals 🌿 For strength and weight After digestion improves: Ashwagandha with milk at night Shatavari or Vidarikand Ghee in diet These help improve muscle mass and energy. 🌿 Diet tips Eat warm, freshly cooked food Avoid excessive spicy, fried, and junk foods Include ghee, soaked almonds, dates, moong dal, rice Do not skip meals 🌿 Lifestyle Gentle strength exercise or yoga Abhyanga (oil massage) with sesame oil for joints Sleep before 11 pm ⚠️ Important: Because symptoms are present for more than 6 months, it is best to consult a doctor directly for proper examination (sometimes tests for anemia, vitamin deficiencies, or gut issues are needed).
