Kamjori aur chakkar aana vata dosha ke asantulan aur agni ki kami ka sanket ho sakta hai. Is sthiti mein, pehle poshan aur pchana par dhyan dena zaroori hai. Din ki shuruaat ek glass garam paani ke saath karein, isse agni (digestive fire) suddhrat hota hai. Aahar mein thoda haldi, adrak aur jeera shamil karein, ye vata ko santulan karne aur bhookh ko badhane me sahayak hota hai.
