Trikatu, a blend of ginger, black pepper, and long pepper, stimulates digestion and supports circulation. Take it in the form of a churna (powder), approximately 1 gram with warm water before meals. Herbs like Arjuna (Terminalia arjuna) are revered for their cardio-protective properties. A decoction prepared from Arjuna bark or available as a powder or tablet may be beneficial.
