कब्ज और पेट दर्द, मोशन एक बार में साफ नहीं हो रहा है, गंभीर दर्द है, बैठने या खड़े होने में दिक्कत हो रही है, थोड़ा-थोड़ा उल्टी भी शुरू हो गई है, कुछ खाने की कोशिश कर रहा हूँ तो उल्टी हो रही है। कृपया सुझाव दें।
