मेरे वजन बढ़ने में समस्या है.. और मैं वजन नहीं बढ़ा पा रहा हूँ। पिछले 2 या 3 सालों से मेरा वजन सिर्फ 36 से 38 के बीच ही अटका हुआ है। मुझे जेनेटिक्स की भी समस्या है। मेरा शरीर पतला है और पैरों में सिर्फ हड्डियाँ ही दिखती हैं। मैं रोज़ाना ऊर्जा की कमी महसूस करता हूँ, आत्मविश्वास कम है, मांसपेशियाँ कमजोर हैं और ऊर्जा भी कम है। मेरी दाढ़ी भी पतली है। कृपया मुझे वजन बढ़ाने और टेस्टोस्टेरोन के लिए कुछ सुझाव दें।
