If you are having hard stools and want to be without medicine then you will have to do Pranayam lom -vilom kapalbhatti bhastrika daily for 5-10mins twice Do Yogasana malasana, bhujangasana, pavanmuktasan, Tadasana, Trokonasan. Allthese will help stimulate your intestine and relieve of constipation Also include fresh green vegetables semi cooked or sauted in your diet. Drink adequate amount of water per day. Take castor oil 5ml. With warm water alternate day for 15 days.
