Medicines and Herbal Support:

1. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) - About 500 mg, twice daily to boost energy and reduce stress and inflammation. 2. Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) can be taken once daily; around 500mg, can help with immune modulation. 3. For anemia, Punarnava mandur or Lohasava can be used to improve hemoglobin levels, consult a local Ayurvedic practitioner for precise dosing.
