Practice Nasya, the administration of medicated oil in the nostrils, using Anu taila. Do this in the morning, after your daily routine, lying back comfortably, placing a few drops in each nostril to facilitate nasal passage health and mucous control.

In terms of lifestyle, avoid cold weather exposure and sleeping in direct air conditioning.
