सर🙏, मुझे फैटी लिवर और गॉल ब्लैडर का बढ़ना हो गया है... मैं एक हफ्ते से ज्यादा से बिल्कुल भी सो नहीं पा रही हूँ... मेरे शरीर की गर्मी चरम पर है... मेरी आँखें हमेशा चिड़चिड़ी रहती हैं... मेरी उम्र 40 साल है... मैंने 37 की उम्र में गर्भपात की गोलियाँ ली थीं... इसके बाद से मुझे ये सारी समस्याएँ हो रही हैं... कृपया मुझे समाधान सुझाएँ..🙏 कृपया मुझे शरीर की गर्मी कम करने के लिए कुछ बताएं🙏

Regarding your liver health, mild activity like yoga or walking is recommended to stimulate Agni, the digestive fire, without overheating the body. Poses such as Shavasana (Corpse Pose) can promote relaxation and reduce stress.
