मंद अग्नि और चक्कर आने की समस्या से जूझ रहे हैं: बस्ती उपचार की तलाश में - #43466

Rashmi Ranjan

I can truely understand how exhausting it feels when digestive fire stays low despite Vamana virechana and multiple medications… When Mandagni persists along with vertigo iron deficiency hypothyroidism and lower abdomen discomfort after deepana pachana it usually means that the root imbalance is still sitting at the level of the vata and not fully corrected yet… many ppl confuse Cath this stage because they assume Vamana and virechana should fix Agni immediately but in your case pattern is different- virechana has reduced ama and pitta load Vamana has cleared kapha but the underlying vata dominant Mandagni is still stubborn

When vata is high in the colon for long time, it keeps pulling down Agni again and again no matter how many digestive medicines you take … This is why you feel that whenever you take anything heating for digestion, the lower abdomen becomes painful or pitta feels aggravated… this actually shows that the system is dry delicate and sensitive- a classic sign of vata- mandagni … in such cases strong Dipana doesn’t work , in fact it irritates the gut and increases pitta because the basic lubrication grounding and containment provided by well balanced vata is missing…

In this situation, so even after 6 months of vamana virechana basti becomes extremely useful… Since you have already tried shodana therapy n dipana - still no any improvement- the body is telling that the vata is still not stabilized … But initially do not go for strong Muruga basti - again sensitive gut may react instead yu cn go for mates or anuvasana basti So within 10 to 15 days the response of basti will become much better… So if you do Shodana repeatedly the dryness will worsen , if you go for oral deepana again pitta irritation will continue… rt now your system is asking for a more nourishing snigdha stabilising approach… Meanwhile do whole body abhaynga…avoid raw foods, long fasting , travelling, Early bedtime Gut soothing diet for 10 to 12 days Once the stabilisation begins- can start structured basti course….

Till now whatever the treatment yu hv taken is pitta oriented or Shodana oriented for vata based problem… when treatment aligns with your constitution results starts showing….

Basti could be a promising step if your goal is to address mand agni and vata-related issues, considering you’ve already tried virechana and vamana without desired results. Basti, known as the most effective treatment for vata dosha, can help in normalizing the agni and improving digestion. Given your condition, a course of matra basti or anuvasana basti, which are gentler oil-based enemas, might be more beneficial and less aggravating to pitta, compared to niruha basti, which uses a combination of herbal decoctions.

If you’re experiencing pain and high pitta when consuming deepana and pachana medications, it shows sensitivity; thus, oil-based bastis might soothe without causing irritation. Balancing vata and reducing its manifestation is crucial, but ensure this is done under professional supervision, as improper administration can lead to complications.

Alongside basti therapy, consider incorporating dietary and lifestyle practices that don’t exacerbate pitta. Favor cooling, hydrating foods like cucumber, fennel, and aloe vera juice, and avoid pungent, spicy, and overly sour foods that may stoke the pitta fire further. Aptana time is key, so consume meals on a regular schedule to stabilize your agni further.

Due to hypothyroidism, pay attention to supporting kapha dosha as well; this can help your metabolism and energy levels. Yogasana, like sarvangasana, and pranyama practices can support thyroid function.

Since the condition involves multiple systems, continuous professional guidance will help you thread the fine balance between the doshas. Consult with your Ayurvedic practitioner to design a personalized routine that aligns all treatments with your constitution and current health status.
