मेरे को बहुत तेज़ माइग्रेन की समस्या है, तेज़ आवाज़ और रोशनी बर्दाश्त नहीं होती। आजकल अगर मैं यात्रा करती हूँ या यात्रा के दौरान मोबाइल फोन देखती हूँ, तो मेरी समस्या और बढ़ जाती है, साथ ही गर्दन में अकड़न भी होती है। मुझे हर दिन शरीर में दर्द होता है, जो कम नहीं हो रहा है, खासकर कलाई और पैरों के जोड़ों में सूजन है। घुटनों में भी दर्द होता है। मेरी उम्र 38 साल है और वजन 112 किलो है।

It helps soothe aggravated Pitta dosha which often triggers migraines.

Avoid triggers, like bright lights and loud noises, is crucial. When traveling or using mobile devices, consider wearing sunglasses that also block out UV rays as they can reduce light sensitivity. For the use of devices, switch to night mode as it reduces blue light emissions.

As for your joint pain, inflammation and stiffness typically indicate imbalances in Vata and Kapha doshas. Adding turmeric and ginger to your diet can help with inflammation due to their natural anti-inflammatory properties. Turmeric can be consumed as a warm golden milk before bed for maximum absorption.

Increase fiber intake with foods like whole grains, fresh fruits, and vegetables to improve digestion, assisting your Agni (digestive fire). This helps in reducing Ama (toxins) that may contribute to swelling and pain.

Further, maintain a routine that includes gentle exercises like walking or yoga, which can assist in reducing weight and relieving stiffness. Avoid sitting or standing for long periods; taking short, frequent breaks will help maintain joint flexibility.

For natural analgesic, Boswellia and Guggulu can be taken, but it’s essential to consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner before starting any herbal regimen.

Given the severity and the combination of symptoms, consider consulting a healthcare provider to rule out any underlying conditions that may require attention. Immediate medical consultation is advised if symptoms escalate or new severe symptoms develop. Always prioritize safety and well-being.
