Lastly, ensure adequate rest and maintain hydration by sipping warm water throughout the day. If you haven’t already, please consult your health practitioner for a personalized health plan that considers your specific needs and current condition, ensuring that it blends well with your existing medications.

Also, ensure you’re staying away from cold, damp environments, and extremely dusty areas, which can worsen your condition. Timely professional medical evaluation remains essential - if symptoms escalate or fail to improve, seek medical attention immediately.
