विटामिन D3 की ओवरडोज को कैसे कम करें? मैंने हफ्ते में दो बार 20000 IU की 5 गोलियां लीं और चक्कर, सिरदर्द और मतली शुरू हो गई। अब गोलियां लेना बंद कर दिया है।
