मेरे पास मायस्थेनिया है और विटामिन B12 और D की कमी है, जिससे पैरों में सुन्नपन, झनझनाहट, दर्द, जलन, चुभन और भारीपन महसूस होता है। मैं ज्यादा चल या खड़ा नहीं हो पाता। कौन सा पत्ता लगा सकता हूँ?
