First, focusing on your diet is crucial. Begin meals with a small piece of fresh ginger with few drops of lemon juice and a pinch of salt. This stimulate agni and aids digestion. Always eat warm, cooked foods. Avoid cold or raw foods which are heavy to digest and might cause bloating. Minimize spicy, oily and very fibrous foods like raw leafy greens till your digestion is balanced.

Incorporate triphala churna (powder) - an Ayurvedic remedy known for regulating bowel movements. Take one teaspoon at night with warm water, its laxative properties can relieve constipation and support your digestion. This can also help reducing piles due to its mild effect.
