Gas ke masle, hamesha bahut pareeshani deti hai na! Iska solution Ayurveda mein milega, lekin thoda dhyaan se samajhna padega. Gas aur pet dard ke liye pehla kadam hai aapka agni, matlab digestion ka jo system hai, usko theek karna. Gas ki samasya aksar vaat dosha ke imbalance ki wajah se hoti hai. Iske liye aapko thoda apne khane pe dhyaan dene ki zaroorat hai.
Sabse pehla toh, thanda paani aur fridge ki cheezein turant band kijeye. Garam paani yaa neem garam paani piye, kyunki yeh digestion me madad karta hai. Apne din ki shuruaat ek cup jeera-paani se karein. Iske liye, ek chamach jeera ko raat bhar karke 1 cup paani mein bhigaiye, aur subah use garam karke piye.
Khane ke baad 1/4 chamach hing ka paani piye. Yeh ek poweful remedy hai gas kam karne ke liye. Aur, khane ko ache se, aram aaram se, cheewa cheewaa ke khaaon. Bahut jaldi mein mat khana kyaa, pet fartay ka hi nahi pata chalta. Khane ke baad, 10 minute tak dhire dhire stroll karein, tummy happy rahega aapka.
Aap apni regular diet se spicy aur fried foods ko hatao. Yeh sab gases ko badha dete hain. Isme se kuch khane se zyada fibrous fruits aur vegetables jise papaya, bottle gourd (lauki), aur spinach bhi add kar sakte ho.
Ab agar gas bohot zyada severe ho jaye kabhi, toh ajwain chaba le, yaan thoda ajwain paani mein ubal ke wo paani pi le. Yaanse kuchh immediate relief mil sakta hai.
Aapke lifestyle mein bhi kuch parivartan ki jarurat ho sakti hai. Stress aur lack of exercise se bhi vat dosha bigadta hai. Daily 20-30 minutes ka yoga ya pranayama try karein.
Lekin agar itna sab karne se bhi situation control mein na aaye, toh ek baar kisi qualified Ayurvedic physician ko zaroor milna, kabhi kabhi diagnostic test ki zarurat bhi pad sakti hai. Health se compromise mat kijiye.
