मुझे अपने मासिक धर्म के प्रवाह को सुधारने के लिए सलाह चाहिए। मुझे केवल 2 दिन के लिए पीरियड्स आते हैं। समय पर आते हैं लेकिन प्रवाह बहुत कम होता है। मैंने एक महीने के लिए अशोकारिष्ट लिया, इसे जारी रखने से पहले मुझे सलाह चाहिए।
