Main ek 60 varsh ki aurat hoon. 2003 se sugar aur thyroid ki bimari se pareshan hoon, in sab ki dawa le rahi hoon, sab kabhi badhta hai kabhi ghatta hai. Lekin mujhe gas, acidity, acid reflux, saans lene mein dikkat, zyada paseena aana, raat ko neend na aana, lagatar dakare aana, ek baar khana khane ke baad 5 se 7 ghante tak bistar par pad jana, pet phoolna aadi samasyaein hain. Kya mera liver kharab hai? Ab to saans lene mein bhi dikkat ho rahi hai. Kya upay karoon?

Yogasanas aur prayanam (shwasan kriya) se bhi fayda hota hai. kapalbhati aur Anulom Vilom ka rozana abhyas kariye, ye aapke saans ki dikkat aur anxiety ko kam karne mein madad kar sakte hain.

Ashwagandha churn ya sankhpushpi churn swasth dekhan me madad karsa kte hain, shanti bhi pradan karte hain. Inhe gunguna doodh ke sath le sakte hain.
