मेरी हाई ब्लड प्रेशर, ग्लूकोमा और अस्थमा की समस्या है। क्या काला नमक इस्तेमाल करना मेरे लिए फायदेमंद होगा या नुकसानदायक? मैं रोज़ाना दो बार 25 mg लॉसार्टन लेता हूँ। मैंने ग्लूकोमा के लिए 4 बार लेज़र सर्जरी करवाई है। मैं अस्थमा को होम्योपैथिक दवाओं, ट्रिगर से बचाव और हर्बल सप्लीमेंट्स के जरिए मैनेज करता हूँ।
