मेरे शरीर में हमेशा कंपन महसूस होता है, मेरा शरीर बेचैन रहता है। जब मैं बैठा होता हूँ या सो रहा होता हूँ, तब भी मुझे ऐसा लगता है कि मेरी रक्त संचार धीमी और कमजोर है। मेरी कमर और घुटनों में कमजोरी महसूस होती है और ऊर्जा की कमी रहती है।

What you describe as constant vibration inside the body restlessness even while sitting or sleeping low energy weakness in lower back and knees and a sense of poor circulation shows that your nervous system is overstimulated and your body is not grounding properly

This happens when internal balance is disturbed and the body stays in a continuous alert state Because of this the muscles do not relax circulation feels weak sleep does not refresh and energy slowly drops Lower back and knees feel weak because this area carries most of the body load and gets affected early

This condition is reversible but it needs calm regular care not force You must avoid cold food cold water late nights fasting excess tea coffee stress and constant thinking Eat warm freshly cooked meals at proper times Use ghee milk rice wheat cooked vegetables soups soaked almonds and dates

Daily oil massage is very important Use warm sesame oil or mahanarayana oil Massage feet legs knees lower back and abdomen slowly especially at night

Slow deep breathing for ten minutes morning and night No forceful breathing

You can take Ashwagandha powder half teaspoon morning and night with warm milk

Bala powder half teaspoon morning and night with warm milk

Dashmoolarishta fifteen ml twice daily after food with equal warm water
