10 month ke bachche ko Kumar Kalyan Ras ya koi bhi Rasaushadhi (jo heavy metals aur minerals se banti hai) kabhi bhi dena safe nahi hai.

CMPA (Cow’s Milk Protein Allergy) babies ke liye digestion aur immunity already sensitive hoti hai, aur Kumar Kalyan Ras mein parad, abhrak, loha jaise bhasma hote hain jo itne chhote bachche ke liye risk create kar sakte hain agar dose galat ho ya allergy ho.

👶 Safe Ayurvedic/Home Support for CMPA Baby Instead of Kumar Kalyan Ras, aap gentle aur safe remedies try kar sakti hain: - Sitopaladi churna – 125 mg (bahut chhoti matra) with honey, only under doctor’s guidance, for cough. - Guduchi (Giloy) satva – 100 mg with honey, helps immunity. - Warm ajwain potli – halka garam karke chest par rub karna, cough ke liye safe hai. - Tulsi water vapors – room mein tulsi leaves boil karke steam, baby ko direct steam nahi dena, sirf environment mein.

🍼 Diet & Care - CMPA baby ke liye cow’s milk, paneer, curd, butter, ghee avoid karna zaroori hai. - Breastfeeding continue karna best hai, aur agar formula use hota hai toh hypoallergenic formula (doctor ke advice se). - Baby ke liye warm khichdi, moong dal water, rice water digestion-friendly hote hain.

Warm Regards Dr. Anjali Sehrawat

No

Donot give any medicine to your baby as she is only 10 months old.

And aap jaise bata rahe ho ki woh bar bar bimar padte hai aap use haldi and gud mix karke use chote matra mein do. Isse use immunity badege.

Usko ek matar ke size ka ball banake khilao din mein ek baar. Aap usko gud ke jagah khajur se bhi exchange kr sakte ho.

Hlo,

Aapki beti 10 mahine ki hai aur CMPA (Cow’s Milk Protein Allergy) se peedit hai, isliye hume bahut dhyan se herbal/ayurvedic medicines ka istemal karna chahiye. CMPA babies mein koi bhi milk-based ya dairy derivative medicine avoid karni chahiye, aur kuch Ayurvedic preparations mein ghee, milk, ya milk derivatives hote hain, jo allergy trigger kar sakte hain.

Kumar Kalyan Ras ke baare mein: Ye ek herbal-mineral Ayurvedic medicine hai, lekin is mein sometimes mercury/asparagus-based compounds hote hain aur ye 10 mahine ke baby ke liye usually recommend nahi kiya jata, especially CMPA aur frequent infection wale babies mein. Dosage aur safety ki studies 10 mahine ke infants pe nahi hai, aur aapke baby ka immune system abhi developing hai. Safety advice:

CMPA babies ko any milk-derived rasayan avoid karna chahiye.

Frequent cough ke liye mild immunity-boosting ayurvedic herbs jaise: Chyawanprash (dairy-free variant) – agar available ho Tulsi (holy basil) syrup – sugar-free, small dose Honey avoid karein (under 1 year) Aur breastfeeding continue karein, kyunki breast milk immune system ke liye safest hai.

Dosage guidance: Agar herbal syrup use karna ho (like Tulsi syrup for immunity), to 1/4 tsp per day se start kar sakte hain

⚠️ Important: Kumar Kalyan Ras baby ke liye unsafe ho sakta hai. Agar baby bar-bar bimar pad rahi hai (monthly cough), to pediatrician ya pediatric immunologist se CMPA aur recurrent respiratory infections ka proper evaluation karna zaruri hai.

Kumar Kalyan Ras is safe and excellent for building immunity in babies who fall sick often. It contains Gold (Swarna) and is free from milk proteins.

Dose: Take 1/4th (one-quarter) of a tablet daily. Crush it and mix with Honey or Mother’s Milk Warning: Since the baby has CMPA, do NOT use Cow’s Milk or Ghee to mix the medicine.

For Cough: Add a small pinch of Sitopaladi Churna to the mixture to treat the cold/cough symptoms. Timing: Give this once daily in the morning on an empty stomach for 1 month.

HELLO,

SHORT ANSWER= NO- it should NOT be given

WHY KUMAR KALYAN RAS is a Rasa Aushadi (herb-mineral medicine). It contains processed metals such as -gold -silver -abrak bhasma -sometimes mercury compounds

Although these are purified in classical preparation, modern Ayurvedic paediatrics strongly discourages their use in infants under 1 year, especially when -The baby is below 12 months -The baby has CMPA (immature gut + allergy tendency) -The baby gets frequent infections

An infant’s liver, kidneys, and digestive fire are still immature, so such medicines can -Irritate the gut -worsen allergy symptoms -cause long term toxicity if not tolerated

Therefore, Kumar Kalyan ras is not safe for your baby

From an Ayurvedic point of view, your baby has -weak digestion -undigested toxins -kapha dominance -recurrent illness -food allergy

Treating immunity without correcting digestion can increase illness instead of preventing it

SAFE AYURVEDIC APPROACH FOR A CMPA BABY (10 MONTHS)

FIRST PRIORITY= STRENGTHEN DIGESTION Only gentle, infant safe medicines should be used

SAFE OPTIONS

1) ARVINDASAVA= 1-2 drops once daily diluted in warm boiled water =helps digestion and immunity

2) BALA GHRITA= 1-2 drops improves strength and immunity -avoid of loose stools increase

3) JEERAKA JALA -boil 1/4 tsp cumin seeds in 1 cup water -reduce to half -give 2-3 tsp once daily =helps digestion and reduces infections

DIET VERY IMPORTENT

Since CMPA babies get sick frequently mainly due to digestion -rice + moong dal thin consistency -steamed apple or pear -rice water -home made food only

AVOID COMPLETELY -cow milk and milk products -packaged baby foods -banana at night -cold foods -sugar, biscuits

HOW OFTEN ILLNESS IS ACCEPTABLE AT THIS AGE? Once a month mild illness can be normal, but :- -repeated fever -chest congestion -antibiotic requirement -poor weight gain -> indicates digestive and immune imbalance, not just “low immunity”

IMPORTANT WARNING Do not give -kumar kalyan ras -swarna bhasma -any herbo mineral medicine -over the counter ayurvedic syrups

DO FOLLOW

HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL

THANK YOU

DR. MAITRI ACHARYA

For 10 month baby, it’s best to avoid herbo mineral medicine, and Kumar kalyan Ras is a herbo mineral ayurvedic medicine. If your baby has CMPA , you can give Syrup livomyn 1/2tsp. -0- 1/2tsp with water. This will improve digestion and safe for baby. Giloy satva 1/4th tsp once daily with water or honey, This will improve immunity and strength also. Follow up after 15 days

Dr. Anjali Sehrawat
I am Dr. Anjali Sehrawat. Graduated BAMS from National College of Ayurveda & Hospital, Barwala (Hisar) in 2023—and right now I'm doing my residency, learning a lot everyday under senior clinicians who’ve been in the field way longer than me. It’s kind of intense but also really grounding. Like, it makes you pause before assuming anything about a patient. During my UG and clinical rotations, I got good hands-on exposure... not just in diagnosing through Ayurvedic nidan but also understanding where and when Allopathic tools (like lab reports or acute interventions) help fill the gap. I really believe that if you *actually* want to heal someone, you gotta see the whole picture—Ayurveda gives you that depth, but you also need to know when modern input is useful, right? I’m more interested in chronic & lifestyle disorders—stuff like metabolic imbalances, stress-linked issues, digestive problems that linger and slowly pull energy down. I don’t rush into giving churnas or kashayams just bcz the texts say so... I try to see what fits the patient’s prakriti, daily habits, emotional pattern etc. It’s not textbook-perfect every time, but that’s where the real skill grows I guess. I do a lot of thinking abt cause vs symptom—sometimes it's not the problem you see that actually needs solving first. What I care about most is making sure the treatment is safe, ethical, practical, and honest. No overpromising, no pushing meds that don’t fit. And I’m always reading or discussing sth—old Samhitas or recent journals, depends what the case demands. My goal really is to build a practice where people feel seen & understood, not just “managed.” That's where healing actually begins, right?

I am Dr. Snehal Vidhate, born n brought up in Maharashtra—and honestly, for as long as I remember I’ve felt this pull towards Ayurveda. Not the fancy version ppl throw around, but the deep, real kind that actually helps ppl. I did my BAMS from YMT Ayurvedic Medical College in Kharghar. That’s where I got my basics strong—like really studied the shastras, understood prakriti, doshas, the whole deal. Not just crammed theory but started to see how it shows up in real lives. After finishing BAMS, I got into this one-year certificate course at Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, Delhi—honestly a turning point. I was super lucky to learn Kerala Ayurveda from my Guru, Prof. Dr. G.G. Gangadharan. He’s got this way of seeing things... simple but deep. That time with him taught me more than any textbook ever could. It kinda reshaped how I look at health, healing n how precise Ayurveda can be when you respect its roots. Right now I’m doing my MD in Panchakarma from SDM Ayurveda College, Bangalore. This place is like a hub for serious Ayurveda work. The Panchakarma training here? Super intense. We go deep into detoxification & rasayana therapy—not just theory again, but hands-on. I’m learning to blend classical techniques with today’s clinical demands.. like how to make Vamana or Basti actually doable in modern patient setups. My current practice is really about merging tradition with logic. Whether it’s chronic skin issues, gut problems, stress burnout or hormone stuff—my goal is to get to the root, not just hush the symptoms. I use Panchakarma when needed, but also a lot of ahara-vihara tweaks, medhya herbs, sometimes just slowing ppl down a bit helps. I really believe Ayurveda’s power is in its simplicity when done right. I don’t try to fix ppl—I work *with* them. And honestly, every patient teaches me something back.

Dr. Sara Garg
I am someone who believes Ayurveda isn’t just some old system — it’s alive, and actually still works when you use it the way it's meant to be used. My practice mostly revolves around proper Ayurvedic diagnosis (rogi & roga pariksha types), Panchakarma therapies, and ya also a lot of work with herbal medicine — not just prescribing but sometimes preparing stuff myself when needed. I really like that hands-on part actually, like knowing where the herbs came from and how they're processed... changes everything. One of the things I pay a lot of attention to is how a person's lifestyle is playing into their condition. Food, sleep, bowel habits, even small emotional patterns that people don't even realize are affecting their digestion or immunity — I look at all of it before jumping to treatment. Dietary therapy isn’t just telling people to eat less fried food lol. It’s more about timing, combinations, seasonal influence, and what suits their prakriti. That kind of detail takes time, and sometimes patients don’t get why it matters at first.. but slowly it clicks. Panchakarma — I do it when I feel it's needed. Doesn’t suit everyone all the time, but in the right case, it really clears the stuck layers. But again, it's not magic — people need to prep properly and follow instructions. That's where strong communication matters. I make it a point to explain everything without dumping too much Sanskrit unless they’re curious. I also try to keep things simple, like I don’t want patients feeling intimidated or overwhelmed with 10 things at once. We go step by step — sometimes slow, sometimes quick depending on the case. There’s no “one protocol fits all” in Ayurveda and frankly I get bored doing same thing again and again. Whether it’s a fever that won’t go or long-term fatigue or gut mess — I usually go deep into what's behind it. Surface-level fixes don’t last. I rather take the time than rush into wrong herbs. It’s more work, ya, but makes a diff in long run.

I am an Ayurvedic physician with around 7 yrs clinical experience, though honestly—feels like I’ve lived double that in patient hours. I studied from a govt. medical college (reputed one) where I got deep into classical Ayurvedic texts n clinical logic. I treat everything from chronic stuff like arthritis, IBS, eczema... to more sudden conditions that just pop up outta nowhere. I try to approach each case by digging into the *why*, not just the *what*. I mean—anyone can treat pain, but if you don’t catch the doshic imbalance or metabolic root, it just comes bak right? I use Nadi Pariksha a lot, but also other classical signs to map prakriti-vikruti, dhatu status n agni condition... you know the drill. I like making people *understand* their own health too. Doesn’t make sense to hand meds without giving them tools to prevent a relapse. My Panchakarma training’s been a core part of my work. I do Abhyanga, Swedana, Basti etc regularly—not just detox but also as restorative therapy. Actually seen cases where patients came in exhausted, foggy... and post-Shodhana, they're just lit up. That part never gets old. Also I always tie diet & lifestyle changes into treatment. It’s non-negotiable for me, bcs long-term balance needs daily changes, not just clinic visits. I like using classical formulations but I stay practical too—if someone's not ready for full-scale protocol, I try building smaller habits. I believe healing’s not just abt treating symptoms—it’s abt helping the body reset, then stay there. I’m constantly refining what I do, trying to blend timeless Ayurvedic theory with real-time practical needs of today’s patients. Doesn’t always go perfect lol, but most times we see real shifts. That’s what keeps me going.

I am an Ayurvedic doctor trying my best to keep care real, grounded & genuinely helpful—ya know, not just follow some textbook protocol and move on. I’m currently working as an Ayurveda Medical Officer at a Govt hospital, which honestly gives me daily chances to meet people with all kinds of health issues. Digestive flareups, chronic joint pains, tough skin cases, weird lifestyle problems that don't always fit neat diagnosis boxes... I see ‘em all. And yeah, it keeps me on my toes. I focus big-time on identifying the root of the issue—not just patching symptoms. That’s kinda the soul of Ayurveda, right? I really dig into prakriti-vikriti assessments. Like, what's this person's baseline? What knocked it off? Whether it’s diet gone wrong, emotional stress, seasonal influence or just body going out of sync over years—I try to catch that. And then design stuff that fits them specifically. Not just some ‘one herb fits all’ thing. Mostly I lean on herbs, food corrections, small daily shifts... and yeah, Panchakarma too when needed, but only if it really suits the case. What I like most is when people start feeling seen. I do try to listen more than I talk—get their whole picture, not just what hurts. Explaining in plain language is super important to me. No one should leave confused or scared. I guess you can call that a counseling angle too? Maybe. Either way I want ppl to feel this is their journey, not just mine prescribing stuff. Ayurveda for me isn’t just a profession, it’s literally a way of seeing life and healing. I’m not against meds where needed, but I really do believe most healing starts before meds—starts with habits, mindset, food, even timing. My mission? Making Ayurvedic wisdom feel simple, practical, doable—even in a world that’s moving way too fast most of the time. If you're looking for someone who won’t just hand you a churnaa and hope for the best—someone who’ll try to understand where you’re really stuck and how to pull you gently out of it—then maybe we can work together. Dr. M.Sushma
I am Dr. Sushma M and yeah, I’ve been in Ayurveda for over 20 yrs now—honestly still learning from it every day. I mostly work with preventive care, diet logic, and prakriti-based guidance. I mean, why wait for full-blown disease when your body’s been whispering for years, right? I’m kinda obsessed with that early correction part—spotting vata-pitta-kapha imbalances before they spiral into something deeper. Most ppl don’t realize how much power food timing, digestion rhythm, & basic routine actually have… until they shift it. Alongside all that classical Ayurveda, I also use energy medicine & color therapy—those subtle layers matter too, esp when someone’s dealing with long-term fatigue or emotional heaviness. These things help reconnect not just the body, but the inner self too. Some ppl are skeptical at first—but when you treat *beyond* the doshas, they feel it. And I don’t force anything… I just kinda match what fits their nature. I usually take time understanding a person’s prakriti—not just from pulse or skin or tongue—but how they react to stress, sleep patterns, their relationship with food. That whole package tells the story. I don’t do textbook treatment lines—I build a plan that adjusts *with* the person, not on top of them. Over the years, watching patients slowly return to their baseline harmony—that's what keeps me in it. I’ve seen folks come in feeling lost in symptoms no one explained… and then walk out weeks later understanding their body better than they ever did. That, to me, is healing. Not chasing symptoms, but restoring rhythm. I believe true care doesn’t look rushed, or mechanical. It listens, observes, tweaks gently. That's the kind of Ayurveda I try to practice—not loud, but deeply rooted.

Dr. Prasad Pentakota
I am Dr. P. Prasad, and I’ve been in this field for 20+ years now, working kinda across the board—General Medicine, Neurology, Dermatology, Cardiology—you name it. Didn’t start out thinking I’d end up spanning that wide, but over time, each area sort of pulled me in deeper. And honestly, I like that mix. It lets me look at a patient not just through one lens but a whole system-wide view... makes more sense when treating something that won’t fit neatly in one category. I’ve handled everything from day-to-day stuff like hypertension, diabetes, or skin infections to more serious neuro and cardiac problems. Some cases are quick—diagnose, treat, done. Others take time, repeated check-ins, figuring out what’s really going on beneath those usual symptoms. And that’s where the detail matters. I’m pretty big on thorough diagnosis and patient education—because half the problem is ppl just not knowing what’s happening inside their own body. What’s changed for me over years isn’t just knowledge, it’s how much I lean on listening. If you miss what someone didn’t say, you might also miss their actual illness. And idk, after seeing it play out so many times, I do believe combining updated medical practice with basic empathy really shifts outcomes. Doesn’t have to be complicated... it just has to be consistent. I keep up with research too—new drugs, diagnostics, cross-specialty updates etc., not because it’s trendy, but cuz it’s necessary. Patients come in better read now than ever. You can’t afford to fall behind. The end goal’s the same tho—help them heal right, not just fast. Ethical practice, evidence-based, and sometimes just being there to explain what’s going on. That’s what I stick to.

Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh
I am Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh, born and raised in Punjab where culture and traditions almost naturally guided me toward Ayurveda. From very early days I felt more drawn to natural ways of healing, and this curiosity finally led me to pursue Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) at Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh—an institution known for shaping strong Ayurvedic physicians. During those years I learned not only the classical texts and treatment methods, but also how to look at health through a very practical, human lense. For the past five years I worked in clinical practice, where patients come with wide range of concerns—from chronic digestion troubles to autoimmune illness—and I try to integrate both Ayurveda and modern medical knowledge to give them the most complete care I can. Sometimes western diagnostics help me to understand the stage of disease, while Ayurveda helps me design treatment that address root cause. This bridging approach is not always easy, but I believe it’s necessary for today’s health challanges. Currently I am also pursuing higher studies in Panchakarma therapy. Panchakarma is an area I feel very strongly about—it is not just detox, it is a whole system of cleansing, rejuvenation, rebalancing, and I want to deepen my expertise here. In practice, I combine Panchakarma with lifestyle guidance, diet planning, herbal remedies, yoga and mindfulness practices depending on what a patient actually needs at that moment. No two cases are same, and Ayurveda reminds me daily that healing must be personal. My approach is always focused on root-cause management rather than temporary relief. Diet, herbs, therapeutic oils, meditation routines, and simple daily habits—they all work together when chosen rightly. Sometimes results come slow, sometimes faster, but I try to keep care sustainable and compassionate. Helping someone regain energy, sleep better, or reduce pain, that is the real achievement in my journey. And I continue learning, because Ayurveda is deep, it doesn’t finish with one degree or one training, it grow with every patient and every experiance. My specialties lie in treating a range of chronic and lifestyle-related conditions using Ayurveda’s time-tested principles, tailored to each individual’s unique constitution (Prakriti). I have significant expertise in managing digestive disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), acid reflux, constipation, diabetes, obesity and inflammatory bowel diseases. I also specialize in addressing stress-related and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, and burnout, which are increasingly common in today’s fast-paced world. By integrating therapies like Shirodhara (oil pouring on the forehead) to calm the nervous system, Abhyanga (herbal oil massages) to balance Vata dosha, and adaptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha and Brahmi, I help patients achieve mental clarity and emotional resilience. In the field of musculoskeletal and joint health, I excel in treating conditions like arthritis (rheumatoid and osteoarthritis), back pain, sciatica, and sports injuries. Using therapies such as Kati Basti (localized oil retention on the lower back) and potent anti-inflammatory herbs like Guggulu and Shallaki, I focus on reducing inflammation, improving joint mobility, and strengthening tissues. My treatments have helped many patients, particularly those seeking non-invasive alternatives, regain mobility and reduce pain through a blend of internal medications and external therapies. Skin disorders are another key area of my practice, where I address conditions like eczema, psoriasis, acne, and pigmentation issues holistically. By focusing on blood purification and balancing Pitta dosha and detoxifying Panchakarma techniques like Raktamokshana (bloodletting). My approach targets dietary and lifestyle triggers, offering sustainable results for clients who previously relied on temporary solutions like topical steroids. My dual expertise in Ayurveda and modern medicine allows me to create integrative treatment plans that are both effective and safe. I am deeply committed to patient education, empowering individuals to embrace Ayurvedic principles for sustainable health. Through this online platform, I am excited to offer virtual consultations, making the profound benefits of Ayurveda accessible to all. Whether you seek relief from a specific condition or aim to enhance overall vitality, I look forward to guiding you on your journey to balance and well-being with compassion and expertise.

Dr. Nayan Wale
I am working in medical field for total 7 years, out of which around 4 years was in hospital setup and 3 years in clinic practice. Hospital work gave me strong base, long duty hours, different type of cases, emergencies sometimes, and learning under pressure. Clinic work is different, slower but deeper, where I sit with patients, listen more, explain things again n again, and follow them over time. In hospital I handled day to day OPD cases, routine management, and also assisted seniors when things got complicated. That phase shaped my clinical thinking a lot, even now I sometimes catch myself thinking like hospital mode when a case looks serious. Clinic practice on the other hand taught me patience. Patients come with chronic issues, expectations, doubts, sometimes fear, and I had to adjust my approach accordingly. I focus on practical treatment planning, not just diagnosis on paper. Some days I feel I should have more time with each patient, but I try to balance it. My experience across hospital and clinic helps me understand both acute care and long term disease management. I still keep learning everyday, reading, observing patterns, correcting myself when needed, because medicine never stays same for long, and neither should the doctor.

Dr. Ravi Chandra Rushi
I am working right now as a Consultant Ayurvedic Ano-Rectal Surgeon at Bhrigu Maharishi Ayurvedic Hospital in Nalgonda—and yeah, that name’s quite something, but what really keeps me here is the kind of cases we get. My main focus is managing ano-rectal disorders like piles (Arsha), fistula-in-ano (Bhagandara), fissure-in-ano (Parikartika), pilonidal sinus, and rectal polyps. These are often more complex than they look at first, and they get misdiagnosed or overtreated in a lotta places. That’s where our classical tools come in—Ksharasutra therapy, Agnikarma, and a few other para-surgical techniques we follow from the Samhitas...they’ve been lifesavers honestly. My work here pushes me to keep refining surgical precision while also sticking to the Ayurvedic core. I do rely on modern diagnostics when needed, but I won’t replace the value of a well-done Nadi Pariksha or assessing dosha-vikruti in depth. Most of my patients come with pain, fear, and usually after a couple of rounds of either incomplete surgeries or just being fed painkillers n antibiotics. And I totally get that frustration. That’s why I combine surgery with a whole support plan—Ayurvedic meds, diet changes, lifestyle tweaks that actually match their prakriti. Not generic stuff off a handout. Over time, I’ve seen that when people follow the whole protocol, not just the procedure part, the recurrence drops a lot. I’m quite particular about follow-up and wound care too, ‘cause we’re dealing with delicate areas here and ignoring post-op can ruin outcomes. Oh and yeah—I care a lot about educating folks too. I talk to patients in OPD, sometimes give community talks, just to tell people they do have safer options than cutting everything out under GA! I still study Shalya Tantra like it’s a living document. I try to stay updated with whatever credible advancements are happening in Ayurvedic surgery, but I filter what’s fluff and what’s actually useful. At the end of the day, my aim is to offer respectful, outcome-based care that lets patients walk out without shame or fear. That’s really what keeps me grounded in this field.

Dr. Jyoti
I am working in gynaecology since around 3.5 years now, and sometimes I still feel like I’m learning new things every single day, even when I thought I already understod a case well. My practice is rooted in Ayurveda, and I try to blend classical principles with what I see in real-time with each patient. I kinda focus a lot on understanding the root imbalance, because in gynaecology the issues are rarely just one thing… hormones, digestion, stress, lifestyle all get mixed up and I end up untangling them one by one. Some days the work feels simple, like guiding a patient with mild cycle irregularity, and other times I’m sitting longer trying to decode why the pain or bleeding pattern changed suddenly. I rely a lot on prakriti–vikriti assessment, pulse reading (even if I recheck it twice sometimes), and detailed history taking before I even talk about medicines or yoga or diet shifts. I treat cases like PCOS, irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, leucorrhoea, and hormonal swings using classical Ayurvedic formulations, routine correction, and small daily adjustments that patients can actually follow… not those impossible routines that look good on paper. And yes, I do spend time explaining why certain foods or habits make symptoms worse, maybe more than required, but I feel it helps them see the full picture. There are moments when I question if I’m explaining too much or too little, but then patients come back saying they understand their body better now, and that somehow motivates me to keep this approach. I work with a mix of Ayurvedic therapies, diet planning, mild lifestyle coaching, and supportive counselling for the emotional side of gynaecological issues, which often gets ignored. My aim is pretty straight—help women restore balance with minimal confusion, natural healing, and a plan that feels doable. And even when the process is not perfect or linear, I stay committed to guiding them steadily toward long-term wellbeing.
