Hello Ankit, SIBO is due to poor immune condition of your gut especially the small intestine. This denotes poor Agni according to Ayurveda. Firstly avoid all bakery products, raw vegetables, excessive fruits, sweet items, dairy, non veg and processed food. Have only liquid diet as soup or kanji for few days. After 10 days you can add ghee to the kanji. Have cabbage soup everyday for dinner. Take CCF tea 2-3 times per day. Tab Shaddharan 1/4 tab four times daily before food, Tab Amruttottaram 1/4 tab four times after food. Tablet Gandhak Rasayan 2 tabs on empty stomach in the morning. Do this for a month and note the changes . You can follow up with me after that.
First off, dealing with sanghrani or severe constipation combined with SIBO can be quite a tricky balance, but don’t worry, there’s a few Ayurvedic steps that might help… naturally! It sounds like your digestive fire (agni) is a bit sluggish, and there’s probably some vata and kapha imbalance going on. That’s why you’re feeling all gassy and bloated and sluggish all at once.
Starting out, triphala is one heck of a superstar in Ayurveda for constipation. It’s a gentle blend and works its magic over time. You’d typically take 1 tsp of triphala churna with warm water before going to bed. Also, though… you might notice results after a few days or a week. Patience!
Another thing: Watch out for your diet! It’s totally vital. Try warm, easy-to-digest foods, like kichadi (rice and mung dal) with a dose of ghee. That yummy combo not only nourishes but can help soothe your tummy. Also, keep anything cold or too raw off your plate for a bit—those salads could be throwing your digestion out of whack.
For your headache and weakness, truly aim to nourish your body. Ginger tea with a hint of lemon in the morning helps activate the agni. Drink throughout the day, but not in gulps… just sip! It might also ease off those heavy-head feelings over time.
Don’t forget: mind how stressed you might be. Often these digestive issues are amplified by stress. Even simple breathing exercises, laying down comfortably and practicing deep, rhythmic breathing in a calm atmosphere can make a difference over time.
One very important thing: If at any point this gets more severe, it’s vital to check with a doctor quickly. Safety first!
With these steps day by day, you’ll be nurturing your body back toward balance, ya know? Learn what works slowly, everyone’s system is a bit unique. Give it a go, could be just what you need!
