Hello Anacyclus pyrethrum is called as akarkara in ayurveda It is very well known for -Nerve stimulation -libido -Speech improvement -and also used for overall health ▪️Can i know in what form you have medicine Raw form/tablets or churna ▪️About the dose you have mentioned Actually 4 mg is very low to produce any effect Actuallly it is given in a dose minimum of 150 mg Usually taken once a day So campared to 150 mg 4 mg is very low ▪️why proper dose is important -Medicine will work only when it is taken in proper dose -proper dose is required to see changes in Libido Nerve stimulation And also on overall health ▪️Also Consider You have mentioned that you are taking it first time -start with low dose -it is slightly heating in nature so can cause mouth ulcer or heat -Avoid if you have too much gastric issues ▪️ If you have powder form best way to take -If you are taking for nerve stimulation take it with honey -If for libido take it with milk If you feel heat after taking for some days you switch taking it with ghee Hope i have cleared all your doubts regarding Akarkara Wishing you a good health Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate
