पिछले हफ्ते से मेरा पेट खराब है। मैं रोज़ खाली पेट गर्म पानी के साथ लहसुन लेता हूँ। मैं अच्छा महसूस नहीं कर रहा हूँ। फार्टिंग के साथ सड़ी हुई बदबू आती है और सभी जोड़ों और पीठ में दर्द होता है और पेट फूला हुआ लगता है। जब मैं पेड़ा खाता हूँ तो सड़ी हुई बदबू महसूस होती है। कृपया इलाज बताएं।

Your symptoms suggest Agni (digestive fire) is weakened, leading to formation of Ama (toxins/undigested food) in the body. This causes bloating, foul-smelling gas, fatigue, and body ache. It also indicates a possible Vata–Kapha imbalance in the digestive system. Certain foods like sweets and raw garlic on an empty stomach may further aggravate this condition.
