Sarpagandha Ghanvati and Nebicard both lower blood pressure, so taking them together can cause excessive drop in BP.
The “not feeling good” you are experiencing is likely due to this effect (low BP, dizziness, weakness).
It is not advisable to continue both together without medical supervision.
For now:
Do not take both at the same time
Monitor your BP regularly
If symptoms like dizziness or weakness occur, stop Sarpagandha
If you wish to switch to Ayurvedic treatment, your current BP medicine should be adjusted gradually under guidance, not combined directly.
Sarpagandha Ghanvati – avoid combining with Nebicard without supervision
