Do not self-apply ear drops without ENT advice
Supportive care:
Keep ear dry at all times
Avoid water entry while bathing
Do not insert cotton buds or oils inside ear
Triphala guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after food
Gandhak rasayan – 1 tablet twice daily after food
If there is pain, discharge, hearing loss, or fever, immediate ENT follow-up is necessary.
