I have been dealing with psoriasis for quite some time now, and I’m looking for natural remedies to manage the symptoms. My skin often gets dry, flaky, and inflamed, and I want to avoid using harsh medications. I’ve heard a lot about best Ayurvedic medicine for psoriasis but I’m not sure which one is the most effective. I’ve read that some Ayurvedic medicines like Mahamanjisthadi Kwath, Neem, and Guggul work well for psoriasis. But I’m not sure how these should be taken—should I drink the decoction or apply it as a topical paste? Also, I’ve heard that Ayurvedic medicine for psoriasis helps by balancing the doshas. How does this work, and can it really treat the root cause of psoriasis? I’m also interested in dietary changes that can complement Ayurvedic treatment.
