Doctors’ responses

It seems you're dealing with multiple health concerns, including anxiety, digestive issues, and weight loss. Ayurveda can help balance your symptoms by addressing both physical and mental health. For anxiety, herbs like Brahmi and Ashwagandha can help calm the mind, while Jatamansi and Saffron may promote relaxation and reduce dizziness. For digestive problems like IBS, gas, and loose motions, herbs like Amla, Triphala, and Ajwain can aid digestion, reduce bloating, and regulate bowel movements. A gentle detox with Kutaj and Bilva can help restore normal digestion. In addition, Shatavari and Guduchi can strengthen your overall immunity and support recovery. Maintaining a diet of easily digestible, home-cooked meals and incorporating stress-relieving practices like yoga and meditation will help manage anxiety and support digestive health. You can also look at talking to a mental health specialist who will guide you better in managing your emotions. However, it's important to work with an Ayurvedic doctor to tailor a treatment plan specific to your needs while also consulting your primary care provider for any necessary medical oversight.

Also I would like to confirm with you before September I was taking following Ayurvedic medicines: 1. Arjuna Tablet 2. HT Norm Tablet 3. Brahmi Tablet 4. Ashwagandha Tablet Can these tablet cause loose motions. Because since I stopped taking these medicines I haven't faced lose motions problem. One more reason could I have stopped outside food as well. Pls confirm. Also suggest dosage for the medicine which I should take. Thank you.
So it sounds like you're dealing with a lot, huh? Anxiety attacks, dizziness, and all those issues with your stomach – that's no picnic. The fact that stopping outside food and Ayurvedic meds seemed to help, tho, is def a silver lining. Let me break this down with some Ayurvedic insights for ya. First off, anxiety and gas issues might both relate to Vata dosha imbalance. Vata’s qualities are light, dry, and mobile, which can lead to those gas problems and also impact your nervous system, causing anxiety and that dizziness. You might want to focus on calming Vata by eating warm, cooked foods and avoiding cold, raw stuff. Think of rice, ghee, boiled veggies... Stuff that'll feel grounding for your system. With IBS symptoms and loose motions, your Agni (digestive fire) might be weak. When it's outta whack, your digestive system doesn’t process food well, leading to issues like IBS. To balance your Agni, try sipping on warm ginger tea throughout the day. Ginger aids digestion and provides warmth to the digestive fire. You mentioned losing weight and adjusting your meds. Arjuna, Brahmi, and Ashwagandha, yeah, they’re known for aiding heart health and calming your nerves – but if they didn’t help, its best to reconsider. Brahmi is great for stress, but probably don’t overdo it. Same with Ashwagandha; it strengthens, but listen to you body’s response. To support your current situation further, sneak in some yoga or simple breathing exercises like Anulom Vilom. They really help in settling Vata and reducing anxiety. And keep hydrated, man, especially if you deal with dizziness. For immediate concerns, reach out to your doc, given your med history & the weight loss. Stay safe and take it easy.
