HELLO, 1) HOMEMADE OIL FOR BABIES UNDER 1 YEAR IN SUMMER For babies under 1 year, use natural , cold pressed oils that are mild and chemical free GOOD OPTIONS -Cold pressed coconut oil- best for summer because it is cooling and light on the skin -Cold pressed almond oil= good for massage and skin nourishment -Mustard oil (well filtered and slightly warmed)- sometimes used in India, but only if the baby’s skin tolerates it HOMEMADE TIP You can slightly warm pure coconut oil with a few garlic cloves and then strain it. Use it only after cooling. Baby 6 months ka hai bas. Abhi uska three quarter meal BREAST MIL chaheye and baki thoda aap usko rice ka pani, dal ka pani, patli khichadi aise dena hai. Koi bhi new product introduce karte hi usko continue 7 din dena hai taake usko agar allergy ho kisi cheej ke toh samaj aaye. Usko latern ho rahi hai because usko diya ua khana pach nahi raha hai and secondly doodh ke wajah se bhi latern ote hai. Agar uske lips aur tongue dry ho rahe hoge toh aap usko turant pediat ke paas le jao warna darne ke koi jarurat nahi.

Ayurvedic support: - Bilva powder (bael fruit) – a pinch mixed in breast milk (only under pediatric Ayurvedic guidance). - Mother’s diet: Avoid excess spicy, oily, or heavy foods — what mother eats often affects baby’s digestion through breast milk. 6‑month baby not able to eat solids— - Start with thin rice water (kanji) or moong dal water. - Then move to mashed banana or steamed apple puree. - Gradually thicken consistency as baby learns swallowing. Tips: - Offer small amounts (1–2 teaspoons). - Sit baby upright, never force feed. - Continue breast milk as main nutrition — solids are only for practice at this stage.

1. गर्मियों के लिए सुरक्षित तेल (Summer Massage Oil) गर्मियों में बच्चों की मालिश के लिए 100% शुद्ध नारियल का तेल (Cold Pressed Coconut Oil) सबसे बेहतरीन है। कारण: इसकी तासीर ठंडी (Sheetala) होती है, यह त्वचा में आसानी से समा जाता है और बच्चे को घमौरियों या रैशेज से बचाता है। इसमें कोई केमिकल नहीं होता। 2. दिन में 5 बार मल त्याग (Frequent Stools) 6 महीने का बच्चा अगर दिन में 5-6 बार पॉटी करता है और वह पूरी तरह एक्टिव और स्वस्थ है, तो यह बिल्कुल नॉर्मल है। जब बच्चे माँ के दूध के साथ ठोस आहार (Solid food) लेना शुरू करते हैं, तो उनका पाचन तंत्र (Digestive system) नए बदलावों के हिसाब से खुद को सेट कर रहा होता है। 3. ठोस आहार न खा पाना (Difficulty with Solid Food) बच्चे ने ठोस आहार लेना अभी एक हफ्ते से ही शुरू किया है। इस उम्र में बच्चों में निगलने की आदत (Tongue thrust reflex) पूरी तरह विकसित नहीं होती, इसलिए वे खाना बाहर निकाल देते हैं। क्या करें: शुरुआत में उसे गाढ़ा खाना बिल्कुल न दें। सिर्फ तरल और आसानी से पचने वाली चीजें दें, जैसे: मूंग दाल का पानी (थोड़ा सा जीरा और चुटकी भर सेंधा नमक डालकर) चावल का मांड (Rice water) उबले हुए सेब की बहुत पतली प्यूरी जबरदस्ती न खिलाएं। धीरे-धीरे उसे नए स्वाद और निगलने की आदत पड़ने दें। Regards Dr Gursimran Jeet Singh MD Panchakarma
