Doctors’ responses

It sounds like you’re experiencing symptoms of Pitta imbalance, specifically related to hyperacidity and digestive issues. The uneasiness above the navel and acidic taste are common signs of excess Pitta in the digestive system, often caused by stress, irregular eating habits, or spicy foods. Ayurvedic View: Pitta dosha is responsible for digestion and metabolism, and an imbalance in Pitta can lead to acid reflux, heartburn, and stomach discomfort (like the uneasiness you mentioned). Stress can worsen this imbalance, leading to symptoms like nausea, anxiety (ghabrahat), and digestive disturbances. Suggested Ayurvedic Approach: Dietary Adjustments: Avoid spicy, fried, or acidic foods. Include cooling foods like coconut, cucumber, milk, and ghee to soothe your digestive system. Drink lukewarm water or herbal teas with mint, coriander, or fennel to aid digestion. Stress Management: Incorporate stress-relieving practices like meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), or gentle yoga. Ayurveda recommends Triphala or Shankhpushpi for calming the mind and improving digestion. Herbal Remedies: Amla (Indian gooseberry) and Licorice are often recommended to reduce acidity and soothe the stomach lining. When to Seek Help: If symptoms persist or worsen, it's best to consult an Ayurvedic practitioner to tailor a treatment plan for your specific condition. This approach can help balance your Pitta and relieve the digestive discomfort you're experiencing.

It sounds like you're going through quite a bit with that uneasiness and the "pit Banta" and "ghabraat" symptoms you mentioned. Given what you'e describing, it seems like you might be experiencing some Pitta imbalance, which is quite common when stress is involved. Hyperacidity is often a sign that your Pitta dosha — associated with heat, metabolism and transformation, is aggravated. To address this, try focusing on cooling and calming remedies. First up, your diet: opt for cool, non-spicy foods, staying away from oily and fried items. Foods that naturally cool pitta include cucumbers, melons, and leafy greens. Avoid tomatoes and hot spices, as they can irritate. It would be a good idea to eure you're eating meals at regular times and avoid skipping meals, that can stoke digestion fire too much and lead to acidity. Drinking a glass of warm water first thing in the morning with a pinch of baking soda might help neutralize that acid. Try having some aloe vera juice, a couple tablespoons diluted in water, as it's known to soothe mucus linings and calm pitta. Tea made from dry ginger can be great for digestion without heating too much. Have it twice a day, but don’t add too much sugar—stick with a bit of honey if you need sweetness. And make sure to stay hydrated, aim for room temperature or slightly warm water through the day. Practicing some relaxation techniques could help to balance that stress element. Consider adding yoga or even just simple breathing exercises to your daily routine. Deep breathing—just a few minutes when you're feeling that uneasiness can do wonders. Remember to sleep well and destress, maybe listen to calming music at night or take a warm bath to wind down. If things persist, be sure to check in with a healthcare provider. It's always good to keep an eye on how things are going.
