Seeking Advice on Parkinson's Treatment Options - #46522

Hello, My father (75 years) has been diagnosed with Parkinson's recently (stage 1). We live in Tirupati and consulted a vaidhya who recommended panchakarma and some oral medication called nurorich. Mu father is not willing to take allopathy. I am also thinking of taking him to Kerala for a better treatment. Could you please advise if I should change oral medication and is it advisable to go to Kerala.
