Mental fatigue. My job is very brain-intensive. I work as a language interpreter. I am also in school. I am 68. Vata Dosha usually a bit aggravated. digestive issues that come and go. tongue with coat in the back (intestines and kidneys). thirst. dryness. Can I take Brahmi? I have high blood pressure well controlled with diet and medication.
