Hello Thanks for reaching out and sharing what’s been going on. I get it – dealing with unwanted hair and not enjoying sex as much can be tough. But seriously, you’re not alone.

Lots of women go through this, and the good news is, we can usually get things back on track. With a good Ayurvedic plan, we can help balance your hormones and get your sex life feeling good again.

YOUR CONCERN

From what you’ve told me, –it sounds like you’ve had coarse hair on your chest and face for over three years, with no clear reason for it. – Plus, your sex drive just isn’t what it used to be.

It’s probably been stressing you out and affecting how you feel about yourself, right?

When symptoms stick around for that long, it usually points to an internal hormone issue, not just something on the surface.

AYURVEDIC UNDERSTANDING

–In Ayurveda, we see this as a problem with your female hormone channels. –It often involves an imbalance of Pitta and Kapha, with a bit of Vata disturbance messing with your sexual response. –There might also be extra androgens (male hormones), which we see a lot even if your periods seem normal.

Ayurveda aims to fix what’s causing the problem, not just get rid of the hair.

There’s no magic pill to zap hair away forever, right now. Hair will lessen as your hormones get balanced.

❌AVOID * Steroid creams * Trying to balance your hormones yourself with meds * Harsh hair removal stuff all the time (it makes regrowth worse)

TREATMENT GOAL * Getting your female hormones in sync * Lessening extra hair growth from the inside out * Boosting your sex drive and pleasure * Helping you feel more confident, energetic, and emotionally balanced * Stopping things from getting worse

AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT-

1. INTERNAL MEDICATION(for hormonal balance)

1.Kanchanar Guggulu Take 2 pills, twice a day after meals. Helps shrink abnormal tissue growth and balances hormones. Really good for hirsutism and PCOS-like issues.

2. Shatavari kalpa take ½ teaspoon, twice a day, with warm milk or water. Feeds your female hormones, ups your libido, and helps with vaginal dryness. Also balances Pitta and Vata.

3.Ashokarishta Take 15 ml, twice a day after meals, with the same amount of water. Gets your reproductive hormones in line, helps with emotional balance, and supports a healthy sexual response.

2. EXTERNAL CARE (to support hair reduction)

– This won’t remove hair instantly, but it helps: – Mix wild turmeric (Kasturi Manjal) with milk. – Put it on your face/chest 2-3 times a week. – It helps slow hair growth and lightens any dark spots. – Always do a patch test first!

3. DIET MODIFICATION (Super Important!)

❌AVOID * Sugar and sweets * Baked goods, refined flour * Fried foods * Lots of dairy (like cheese, ice cream) * Eating late at night

✅INCLUDE * Cooked vegetables * Whole grains * Soaked almonds (4-5) * Flaxseed powder (1 teaspoon a day) * Warm water * Turmeric and cumin in your cooking

Seriously, just changing your diet can naturally lower extra male hormones by 30-40% over time.

For Your Sex Life & Libido

Your reduced enjoyment isn’t just in your head. It’s often linked to: * Hormones * Stress * Vata imbalance

Things that help: * Get enough sleep (try to be in bed by 11 PM) * Give yourself an oil massage once a week * Try these breathing exercises: * Anulom Vilom – 10 minutes * Bhramari – 5 minutes

Many women find Shatavari and less stress really help with sexual pleasure in just a few weeks.

When We Might Need Tests: To help me fine-tune your plan, these can be useful: * Pelvic ultrasound * Blood test for testosterone * LH/FSH (hormone levels) * Thyroid panel (These aren’t always a must-do, but they give us a clearer picture.)

The key is to keep at it!

Having unwanted hair doesn’t make you any less of a woman, or less worthy. So many women deal with this secretly, but it’s something we can treat. You’ve done the hardest part by reaching out for help.

Warm Regards Dr. Snehal Vidhate

Coarse hair on the chest, face, jawline, or abdomen and when starts losing sexual interest or pleasure,It is due to deep internal hormonal and doshic imbalance, mainly involving vitiated Pitta and Kapha with obstruction of Apana Vata, along with excess androgen like activity in the body. Due to this imbalance along with hirsutism you are also experiencing poor sexual health, reduced pleasure, dryness, or emotional disconnect during intimacy. Many women silently suffer thinking this is permanent or something shameful but it is not since this has been present for more than 3 years, it indicates a chronic root level imbalance, not something that can be corrected with only hair removal or cosmetic measures. the aim is to reduce excess heat and hormonal aggression cleanse the channels carrying hormones nourish feminine hormones naturally restore libido and emotional softness You can start with- Shatavari churna 5 grams twice daily after food with warm milk

Chandraprabha vati 1 tablets twice daily after meals with warm water.

Kanchanar Guggulu 1 tablets twice daily after meals Ashokarishta 15 ml with equal water twice daily after food.

If hair growth is very aggressive add Sarivadyasava 15 ml twice daily after meals to cool the blood and reduce androgenic expression.

apply Kumkumadi taila or Nalapamaradi taila on facial hair areas at night. This does not remove hair instantly but weakens hair roots over time and improves skin texture

Avoid eggs, red meat, excess dairy, sugar, bakery items, fried foods, protein powders, and late night eating.

Include soaked almonds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, cooked vegetables, pomegranate, coconut water, and warm meals. Avoid raw salads at night.

Sleep before 11 pm… yoga like Baddha Konasana, Bhujangasana, Viparita Karani, help restore pelvic circulation and libido.

poor enjoyment is not psychological alone. When Apana Vata and Shukra dhatu are weak, pleasure reduces. As hormones balance, desire and sensitivity return naturally. You may notice improvement in intimacy within 6 to 8 weeks of treatment.

Do not take random hormone pills, anti androgen medicines, or start stopping treatments on your own. That may worsens the condition
