Herbs are part of it, yeah, but how & *when* you use them is what really matters. My aim is always to bring back that balance—without overwhelming the person with too many things at once. Long-term wellbeing needs patience, not pressure. That's the space I work in. |

I am an Ayurvedic doctor currently practicing at Ayushakti Ayurveda—which honestly feels more like a learning ecosystem than just a clinic. Because when someone knows *why* they’re doing a certain thing, they stick with it longer, and the results hold.
