I would appreciate it if anyone can reply to this and name herbs that can help strengthen and rebuild the spleen(pleeha/pliha). Any herb that you can name that is good for helping the spleen will help. It doesn’t matter if it’s a popular herb or not. Any herb that anyone knows of that is known to help the spleen I would appreciate you telling me about. I currently am aware of the herbs Sharpunkha, Rohitika, and Jhavuk which are said to be good for the spleen, but I would like to know about a lot more. I have had spleen problems, spleen enlargement and spleen pain. So I would like to know as much herbs for the spleen as I can so that I have options which will make sure I give it the best help. Thanks guys.

Best Herbs for the Spleen Sharpunkha – reduces spleen swelling, supports blood Rohitika – similar to Sharpunkha, good for spleen pain Jhavuk – cleans blood, supports spleen Licorice (Mulethi) – strengthens spleen, reduces inflammation Guduchi – boosts immunity, detoxes spleen Punarnava – reduces organ swelling, cleans toxins Manjistha – blood purifier, helps spleen and liver Haridra (Turmeric) – anti-inflammatory, tissue support Ashwagandha – strengthens immunity and blood Kashmari (Chicory) – supports spleen and liver detox Safety & Side Effects Licorice: Long-term use can raise blood pressure. Sharpunkha/Rohitika: Usually safe, may upset stomach if too much. Guduchi/Punarnava/Manjistha: Safe for longer use, may loosen stools. Most herbs can be used 2–4 weeks at a time, then take a short break. Some mild herbs (Guduchi, Manjistha) can be used longer with supervision. Combine herbs with a light, warm diet. Avoid heavy, oily, and junk food. Gentle detox (like Punarnava or Manjistha) can help reduce spleen swelling.
