Best spleen herbs. Talk about what you already know. How safe and side. Give example of licorice. How long you can be on herb. Heavy metal detoxing NiceMeHealthy#465 Forherbalsupport@proton.me Hello and greetings to all. I would appreciate it if anyone can reply to this and name herbs that can help strengthen and rebuild the spleen(pleeha/pliha). Any herb that you can name that is good for helping the spleen will help. It doesn’t matter if it’s a popular herb or not. Any herb that anyone knows of that is known to help the spleen I would appreciate you telling me about. I currently am aware of the herbs Sharpunkha, Rohitika, and Jhavuk which are said to be good for the spleen, but I would like to know about a lot more. I have had spleen problems, spleen enlargement and spleen pain. So I would like to know as much herbs for the spleen as I can so that I have options which will make sure I give it the best help. YOUR CONCERN You’re dealing with: – An enlarged spleen – Left-side abdominal pain – Past spleen issues – A desire to rebuild, cleanse, and strengthen your spleen Ayurvedic View In Ayurveda, the spleen is a key spot for: – Blood – Processing Kapha – Immune stuff – Cleansing If it’s not working right, it can get enlarged due to: – Toxins – Poor digestion – An overworked liver – Infections – Too many heavy metals So, we need to: –Get rid of toxins –Lower swelling –Fix the tissue –Boost immunity What We Want to Do Our goals are to: – Cleanse the spleen – Ease congestion – Bring down swelling – Help rebuild blood – Protect against future enlargement Top Spleen HerbsSharpunkha The best for spleen issues: – Shrinks the spleen if too big – Clears congestion – Repairs damage – Fights fibrosis ✅ Rohitaka – Drains the spleen – Fixes blood issues – Found in Rohitakarishta ✅ Punarnava – Reduces swelling – Removes toxins – Great for the lymphatic system ✅ Kutki – Cleans the liver, which helps the spleen – Removes heavy metals – Reduces long-term inflammation ✅ Kalmegh – Balances the immune system – Fights viruses and inflammation – Protects the spleen from more damage ✅ Guduchi – Rebuilds the immune system – Improves blood – Stops the spleen from enlarging again ✅ Bhumyamalaki – Cleans the liver and spleen – Detoxifies heavy metals – Protects blood cells Too much for too long can cause: – Water retention – Higher blood pressure – Low potassium Safe if used right. Herbs for Heavy Metal Detox These pull metals from the blood and spleen: – Kutki – Guduchi – Bhumyamalaki – Triphala – Neem – Kalmegh How Long to Take the Herbs? Give it 6–12 weeks to fix the spleen For long-term damage, 3–6 months Herbs like Guduchi, Punarnava, and Triphala are safe for long-term use. Are Spleen Herbs Safe? Herbs are usually safer than drugs. But they need to be: – Pure – Not fake – Free of heavy metals Be careful with random powders. Lifestyle for a Healthy Spleen – No alcohol – No fried foods – No sugar – Eat warm foods – Light proteins – Get enough sleep – Walk gently The spleen isn’t weak, just overloaded. Clean it out, feed it well, and it’ll bounce back. You’re Doing well. Warm Regards Dr. Snehal Vidhate
