Recurring nail infections are commonly associated with fungal involvement and weakness of the nail bed. In Ayurveda, such conditions are related to Kshudra Kushta and Rakta–Pitta imbalance, which can lead to repeated infection and slow nail healing. take mahatikta ghurth 5 ml at empty stomch at morning Tab Gandhak Rasayan 1-0-1 after foodTab Arogyavardhini Vati 1-0-1 after food tab livtone 1-0-1 after food Triphala churna 1 tsp with warm water at night For local care, apply Neem oil or Nimbadi Taila on the affected nail area twice daily. Keep the nail area clean and dry as much as possible. After contact with water, dry the fingers properly. Include neem, turmeric, and bitter vegetables in the diet to support skin health and immunity. If the infection is recurring for many years, basic investigations like blood sugar lipid profile levels may also be helpful, as fungal infections are sometimes associated with diabetes. With proper internal treatment and local care, nail infections can gradually improve. i need book personal consultion
