Hello, Premature ejaculation means the release of semen sooner than expected – often before or immediately after penetration – causing dissatisfaction or distress for you or your partner. It is not a disease, but rather a functional imbalance related to your penis, nerves, and reproductive system. What causes it? 1) Hypersensitivity = The tip (head) of the penis is overly sensitive -> rapid arousal -> premature climax 2) Anxiety and stress = Fear of failure or overthinking causes the brain to initiate ejaculation prematurely. 3) Excessive masturbation = The habit of finishing quickly trains the brain for premature ejaculation. 4) Weak nerve control = Poor control over pelvic muscles and reproductive nerves. 5) Hormonal/Physical problems = Sometimes low testosterone, prostatitis, or thyroid imbalance.
