Doctors' responses

-It’s normal for one nostril to feel blocked at night. When you lie down, more blood flows to the nose and the tissues inside swell slightly. The nose also naturally switches airflow between sides every few hours — this is called the nasal cycle. At night, this feels stronger. It’s usually not dangerous. As, u said it’s more than 6 months — —If it’s very bothersome or always the same side, we can examine for a deviated septum or enlarged turbinates. - so visit ENT specialist for proper examination. ----Try this tonight: Slightly elevate your head (extra pillow) Saline spray before bed If one side blocks, lie on that side for 10–15 minutes
