Hello, chronic pain is a very distressing situation to be in. Aap bahut stress mei bhi ho sakte hei is ki vajah se. Par alcohol peena aap kisi bhi type ki relief nai dega. Moreover woh baaki medicines ki effectiveness pe bhi issue karte hei. So I hope you don’t use alcohol while being on the medications. You need to take Sahacharadi kashayam 15 ml twice daily before food mixed with 60 ml luke warm water Mahayogaraja guggulu 2 tab twice daily before food Cap.lumbatone 1 tab after food twice daily Nimbamrutadi eranda taila cap 2 at bed time Oil gandha taila 10 drops in sahacharadi kashayam Sankhvati 2tab thrice daily before food Use water boiled with leaves of arka and eranda to bath and for heating the lower back region. Soak a cotton pad in warm sahacharadi taila and place it on your back regularly. Avoid food like coconut,kela,achar,papad ,junk food, dry foods etc. Do yoga like arda kati chakrasana and bhujangasana bending side ways and backwards Do not bend forward Do not lift weights Maximum rest Hope you get well soon
