I have been experiencing chronic constipation, bloating, and irregular bowel movements, and while fiber supplements and laxatives help temporarily, I want to explore Ayurveda treatment for constipation that provides natural and long-term relief. However, I am unsure which Ayurvedic herbs, therapies, and lifestyle changes work best for improving digestion and preventing constipation.
