Herbs like Manjistha, Neem, Turmeric, and Aloe Vera are commonly used for their blood-purifying and anti-inflammatory properties, helping to reduce acne and clear up pigmentation. Triphala and Guduchi can also help detoxify the body and support skin health from within. For topical treatments, Sandalwood, Tulsi (Holy Basil), and Rose water are known for their soothing, antimicrobial, and cooling effects, which can help reduce redness, oiliness, and prevent further breakouts. Consistent use of these remedies, along with a Vata and Pitta-balancing diet (cooling, anti-inflammatory foods like leafy greens, cucumbers, and coconut), can show results within 4-6 weeks, but for long-lasting improvement, it may take a few months.
