I understand that struggling with conception can be emotionally and physically challenging. Ayurveda provides a holistic approach to enhance fertility, regulate ovulation, and balance hormones naturally by addressing the root cause of irregular cycles and ovarian cysts. To guide you better, I have a few questions: 1. How irregular are your periods (number of days between cycles)? 2. Do you experience pain, excessive bleeding, or clotting during menstruation? 3. Have you had hormonal tests (AMH, FSH, LH, Thyroid levels, Prolactin)? 4. Do you experience weight gain, hair loss, acne, or mood swings? 5. What is your daily diet and lifestyle routine like? 6. Have you taken any hormonal treatments or medications recently? Meanwhile you can start Phala Ghrita • Dosage: 1 tsp with warm milk before bedtime. Ashokarishta – • Dosage: 2 tsp with equal water twice daily after meals. 3. Shatavari Churna improves egg quality. Take 1 tsp with warm milk twice daily Can use Soaked Almonds & Walnuts Warm milk with turmeric & saffron Sesame seeds, Flaxseeds & Pumpkin seeds Ghee & Coconut oil Figs, Dates, and Pomegranates Foods to Avoid -Excessive cold foods, processed foods, and junk food. Caffeine & carbonated drinks Soy products in excess Abhyanga (Warm Oil Massage with Sesame Oil) Pranayama like Anulom Vilom ,Bhramari Pranayama Yogas like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose),Baddha Konasana (Butterfly Pose), Viparita Karani (Legs-Up-the-Wall Pose) Avoid excessive worry as stress affects ovulation. Practice meditation daily. Rest I will advice once I go through the reports

Irregular periods and minor cysts, they can definitely mess with things! Anovulation, or not ovulating regularly, can sure present roadblocks when trying for a baby. From an ayurvedic view, it's important we check the balance of your doshas. An imbalance, usually of Vata or Kapha, might be playing a role here. Firstly, let’s get your agni, or digestive fire, back on track because it's crucial for overall balance. Start with a bit of ginger tea in the morning, helps stimulate digestion. Grate a bit of fresh ginger, add it to hot water, sip it slowly, and it might boost agni and improve how your body absorbs nutrients. Focus on a diet that pacifies Kapha and Vata. Think warm, freshly cooked meals over processed stuff. Favor cooked veggies, whole grains like brown rice, oats, and include some good fats like ghee or sesame oil. But don't go overboard, moderation’s key. Keep yourself hydrated too, but avoid iced drinks; lukewarm water's better. Certain Ayurvedic herbs could be supportive as well. Ashwagandha and Shatavari are traditionally revered for reproductive health. Ashwagandha, about 1/2 teaspoon with warm milk daily, might help alleviate stress, a factor often overlooked. Shatavari, likewise, mix half teaspoon in milk, try to take it twice daily. Check with your local Ayurvedic practitioner, they'd guide specific to your prakriti. Alongside diet and herbs, regular routine is a plus. Try to have consistent sleep and wake times, helps regulate your body's natural rhythms. Yoga can assist too, gentle asanas – like Bharadvajasana (a twisting pose), Viparita Karani (legs-up-the-wall pose) – can potentially enhance pelvic circulation. And don't forget, stress reduction is key. Often when trying so hard, we forget the basics like relaxation and self-care. Find things that de-stress you – could be a hobby or simply time with nature. Fertility's a holistic journey, it's about nurturing body and mind. Keep the faith. Lastly, while Ayurveda can offer support, do keep an open dialogue with your healthcare provider. They're essential for a safe journey.
