Thank you for sharing these details. To better understand your condition, could you share if you’ve had any recent medical checkups, including blood tests or hormone level checks (like testosterone)? Have you experienced any other symptoms like fatigue, sleep disturbances, or changes in appetite? Additionally, could you describe your diet, physical activity level, and whether you’re currently taking any medications or treatments for other health concerns?

Alright, so maintaining an erection can be tricky especially if there’s a lot on your plate with stress, anxiety and such. Stress is indeed a common culprit, and being in that state for long can mess with your vata dosha, which controls the nervous system. When the vata’s outta whack, it causes both the mind and body to go haywire. You, my friend, might need some calming down rituals.

Start with Ashwagandha. It’s like this magical herb in Ayurveda for stress and anxiety. You can take it as a supplement, maybe around 500-600mg daily, or have it with warm milk in the evening—this combo is like a hug for your mind. It builds ojas (vital energy), supporting healthy testosterone levels vital for, you know, performance.

And, ever tried Shatavari? It’s not just ladies’ herb. It’s improving vitality for men too. A tsp with milk or water could be interesting to include AM or PM — whichever you like.

Chronic stress often disturbs your agni (digestive fire) affecting absorption of nutrients that keep your tissues nourished, right? Triphala daily could improve digestion, take one tsp with water before bed. It might also sort out your hair issue by balancing your overall system, 'cause hair is a reflection of bone metabolism and healthy digestion.

Now, erectile dysfunction linked to overthinking is generally a symptom of mental stress, kinda like a ping pong. Meditation and easy pranayama (breathing) exercises, like alternate nostril breathing, practiced for just 15 mins daily, can cool down that inner chatter. Feeling grounded in the now makes wonders happen.

Lastly, cut back on super cold foods and beverages. They can mess with your digestive fire. Stick with warm, soothing meals - soupy things, stews, you know. Also, favor whole grains, fresh fruits, nuts and seeds that feed good fats and nutrients to your system.

If stress or anxiety goes beyond or escalates, never hesitate to connect with a healthcare professional. Your peace of mind matters, like a lot.
